OptiKit provides free, client-side, browser-based digital utilities designed to assist users with image compression, dimension adjustments, file format conversions, and PDF document organization.

All core processing algorithms execute directly on your local device. OptiKit does not host, upload, or retain your files on any server.

3. User Responsibility & Exam Submissions

OptiKit provides presets tailored to various examination and government portal guidelines (such as UPSC, SSC, NSDL, IBPS, and State PSCs) based on published specifications.

However, governing authorities may alter their submission criteria at any time without notice. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the dimensions, file size in KB, DPI, and clarity of your processed files against the official instructions of the relevant application portal prior to submission.

OptiKit and its operator shall not be held liable for any rejected application, missed deadline, or technical disqualification resulting from portal submissions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use OptiKit only for lawful purposes. You must not use this service to:

• Fabricate fraudulent documents, forge signatures, or impersonate another individual.
• Process material that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Circumvent legal digital rights management or security mechanisms without proper authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or inject malicious code into the website's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All original software code, design layouts, branding, logos, and editorial guides on OptiKit are the intellectual property of Muhammed Ashik TP and OptiKit, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
